CELLULOSA

The project aims to train youth workers to promote young people participation and active citizenship in order to organize public playing initiatives.

The project, through an intensive training course of 10 days (including travel), aims to form youth workers to retrain their capacities to promote participation and active citizenship with young people in general and young people with fewer opportunities in particular. For this reason 24 people, coming at least from 2 European countries and 2 neighbour countries, will first participate to an intensive training course (focused on participative and playing methodologies, ludobus games, techniques to build toys made by wood, cardboard, paper) and then will organize, in their own country, a public playing activity able to involve as well young people with disabilities and to raise awareness about the issue of revitalize public spaces to include their participation (the group of trained youth workers will become the protagonist by the 21 of November, which is the world day for childhood, with a common public initiative).
