Capacity building on inclusion

Capacity-building projects are international cooperation projects based on multilateral partnerships between organisations active in the field of youth in Programme and third countries not associated to the Programme. They aim to support the international cooperation and policy dialogue in the field of youth and non-formal learning, as a driver of
sustainable socio-economic development and well-being of youth organisations and young people.

We are looking for partners from:
Western Balkans (Region 1) - Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro

Project IDEA and NEEDs:

The main aim of the project is to support youth associations in the development of their internal policies and strategies for inclusion. We would like to bring on board 4-6 associations who still don´t have their inclusion policies. During the first year we would work on the capacity building of participating associations, and we aim to develop the inclusion policies of all the participating NGOs.
During the second year, we will test how our policies and strategies work, and we will develop an online course for any other association who wants to develop their policy on inclusion.

Foreseen activities:

Networking and capacity building
Development of the organizations policies and strategies on inclusion
Training for the partners on inclusion and diversity
Development of the Online Open Course
Dissemination activities
Project management (including monitoring and evaluation)

With the selected partners we will organize 1-2 online meetings to further develop the activities and ensure that everyone can contribute with their specific needs to the project design.

Profile of partners:
We are looking for partners from the Western Balkans region - Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro and from the programme countries who:
are working in the field of youth (and NFE)
don´t have the inclusion policy and would like to develop one for their association
working with youth with fewer opportunities is a plus, and/or having a specific experience in the field of inclusion
We would love to have at least one partner experienced with online courses
organizations motivated and interested to create lasting partnerships.

Budget
We still have not calculated the total budget of the activity. We will discuss it with the selected organizations and allocate the budget lines according to the responsibilities within the project.
