Awesome long-term EVS project in youth center in Estonia
Aparaadi Youth Center is a new youth center in Tartu, Estonia. We are looking for EVS volunteer to enrich the activities in our youth center. The EVS project is focused on enriching youth center open area activities, promoting new center to new children, developing social skills through different fun and educational activities and workshops. The volunteer will be part of the youth center team and will be involved all the team activities and trainings.
Some of our expectations for volunteers. We are also very opened to all kind of new ideas and suggestions coming from volunteer.
- Volunteer should lead one training/workshop once a week to teach local children new skills or knowledge. It can be your hobby or something you enjoy doing in your country. (for instance: teaching your mother language or cooking class, recycling, music etc.)
- Help to promote new youth center, so more children will get to know about it.
- Enrich youth center open area activities
- Will be part of organizing cooperation events and projects with other (youth) organizations
- Instruct youth while project writing and help to bring them alive
- Socializing and playing with youth in a every day basis
Transportation, accommodation, food:
The transportation and accommodation will be covered for volunteer. Volunteer will receive food and pocket money every month. Free language courses and health insurance are provided for the volunteer.
The project will take place from 03 of september 2018 till 01 of september 2019
