Building a team

With this project we want participants to adopt the concept of working in teams and explore different ways of managing their roles and responsibilities.

The purpose of this project is to acquire the skills to work in teams, and that is a process in which participants will learn the concepts and methods necessary to transform the working group into a successful and harmonious team where members can enjoy working together and achieve common goals. Today teamwork is the most common form of performing tasks whose achievement requires knowledge from different professional or specialized areas. Therefore, the overall objective of this project is to increase the number of successfully established teams.

Project objectives:
1. Learn how to make teams from a group of people.
2. Familiarize participants with team roles, the division of activities, different ways of communication in a team, resolving conflicts in a team and creating a pleasant work environment.
3. Teach participants how to create an action plan and to be well organized and productive team member.
4. Present to the participants how to make a successful evaluation of project or evaluation of other activity.
5. Promotion of multiculturalism through teamwork with participants from other countries.
6. Exploring culture and language diversities, ways of thinking and actions using intecultuar dialogue.

During the process we will work on solving these problems through next activities: Lectures, presentations, workshops and energizers, teamwork, debates, making of short promotional video and intercultural learning activities.

At the end participans will discover importance of team work in order to develop personal skills that will be applicable in everyday life. They will discover and explore the similarities and differences between their cultures.
