With the benchmarking pool, it is aimed to provide access to continuous development and excellence model and to share the international benchmark data and to establish the development network with the information source provided.
To the sectorial skills needs of the labour market in the economic sector with a certain network of development (to be decided with the title of benchmarking) and to new skill requirements related to the occupational field it is aimed to establish an international database aiming to increase the responsiveness of vocational education systems.
It is planned to transform the culture of perfection into a common structure that enables it to exist in all the headings covered by the sectorial skill partnership with the view of development and change at the international level.
It is important for the development power to contribute to the upgrading of the sustainable business quality at the systematic level and to acquire a structure leading to innovation and turnover and responsiveness to systems.
Target titles within the scope of the benchmark pool project;
•A joint reporting platform with a variety of international database platforms aimed at increasing the responsiveness of vocational training systems to sectoral skill needs and new skill requirements, the benchmarking pool will be a solution benchmarking platform (adaptation), an accurate benchmarking partner platform, establish development platform portal
•Conducting benchmarking studies with project partners through appropriate benchmarking models (selection)
•Publication of benchmarking reports (international visibility - accessibility) through the joint reporting platform in accordance with the benchmarking report model on the portal.
•The benchmarking pool platform of the benchmarking reports at international accessibility and the sharing of all the outputs included in the system in the electronic environment and delivering them with a fast, secure and preliminary evaluation structure that lead to time saving and to avoid transportation costs, communication expenses , approval process
•Through a joint platform, adaptation studies and processes will be carried out with the benchmarking in accordance with the institutions' own structure and dynamics. The platform on which solutions will be available for reaching the solution will be a multi-communication based solution / suggestion sharing platform where other institutions share solutions for the same topic, apart from the two comparisons.
•Participants in the benchmarking pool system and future beneficiaries, can be part of the development platform to meet the needs, share of opinions, suggestions and expectations for the establishment of various communication platforms and new models.
•The most challenging stage is to choose the right benchmarking partner to achieve success at the output in order to be efficient and effective in benchmarking activities. With the benchmarking pool;

The benchmark portal structure is intended to provide support for the publication of reports on the joint reporting platform over the appropriate benchmarking model and the adaptation of outputs. In order to benefit from the development platform for the improvement of new systems in the solution/recommendation platform, benchmarking model and adaptation processes, all benchmarking activities must have an efficient and efficient structure. The most important subject is to finding correct benchmarking partner, designed as a dynamic system with an international database that allows information to be gathered, updated continuously, and evaluated for use by different organizations on different purposes.
Institutions in the benchmarking pool will be provided with the opportunity to use and evaluate the audience pools for benchmarking exercises carried out by participating in the benchmarking pool with the membership system. Identification of new partners in the partner finding platform, participation of the systems and adaptation titles in the development platform, solutions to adaptation and benchmarking problems, participation in forums through solution / proposal sharing platform, e-message retrieval and writing, will also be included in the databases.
It is aimed to establish a web-based application that will be designed and developed by ISMEK and the partner institution in order to continuously update the international database within the scope of the benchmarking pool.
All participants who will be registered to the system as a part of the development network in the context of the project and at the post-project sustainability point will be able to register and update their information.
Platform will be developed to encourage the use of the database of pooled systems, including up-to-date benchmarks and research, screening and inventory studies for benchmarking partnerships by different institutions and organizations in the future. It has been aimed to constantly update the information input and contribute to the international benchmarking pool of different benchmarking topics and contribute to international sustainable development with new participants and with the participation of different institutions and institutions in time.

By adapting to the ongoing system structure where development is clear and needs to be supported; system improvement activities will be practised.
It is planned that institutions and organizations will be integrated into the system as pioneer followers of innovative approaches in all fields to be determined, especially in the training given in the field of vocational education, training coordination, planning and development.
In order to establish an excellence model with continuous evolution and development, the first five countries (planned) in the benchmarking pool will have provided network for the provision of technological infrastructure, reporting, selection of benchmark partners and collaborative issues.
It is aimed to continually improve the corporate culture, individual and corporate learning, determining the best level of performance, setting clear and weak points for improvement, external and sectoral outlook, evolution and open to change, flexibility and corporate agility and sustainability. It is planned to create a pool network and international development in the selection of the partners and benchmarking process.
It is aimed to examine all the fields that will provide the system development and the lifelong learning centers aiming at superior performance in order to increase the functions, efficiency and performance that constitute the vocational training structure with the benchmarking studies.
