Be Healthy, Be Happy !

Nowadays life has brought up many changes in nutrition and physical activity of individuals. We want to promote a healthy lifestyle and outdoor activities.

Nowadays life has brought up many changes in balanced nutrition and physical activity of individuals. We had noticed that youngsters have become more inactive regarding their physical activity. Lack of exercise causes pathological changes in the human body which is resulting in an epidemic of obesity. In Europe overweight affects about 50% of the population, and obesity 20% of the population. Added to this, lack of exercise links to lack of communication and raise of depression due to lonely way of life.

This unbalanced life due to sedentary lifestyle and inadequate nutrition creates many others problems. This may be caused by certain situations facing young people today. We believe also that it is the result of a low level of involvement, lack of interest and mismanagement of time and resources. In this case informing, motivating and providing the necessary tools to change the habits of young people is an effective investment. In the long term it help to produce changes on life quality. The project focuses on exploring key skills “healthy lifestyle, change of attitude to unbalanced nutrition and sedentary life" and wants to provide the details necessary to understand the importance of nutrition and necessary elements of a healthy behavior from a different perspective.
