AgileSpark

Our project is designed to increase efficiency and inclusiveness in youth work and to create a common methodology and language among youth workers from different cultures. In the training activity we will organise under the title ‘Agile Transformation in SCRUMile Youth Projects’, youth workers will acquire concrete agile management skills that they can use in their daily work by participating in both theoretical knowledge and practical workshops.

Expected Outputs

- Noticeable improvement in agile project management skills of youth workers,
- Increased institutional capacity of partner organisations and stronger participation in European youth projects,
- A jointly produced ‘Guide to SCRUM Focused Youth Projects’ and examples of good practice,
- The spread of innovative project management approaches,
- Sustainable and long-term partnerships.
