"Advocacy for Youth Empowerment and Rights" seeks to provide a platform of support for young people who are dealing with health issues.
What is it about:
The project aims to advocate for the rights of young people with silent or chronic health conditions, with a specific focus on empowering youth workers. The primary goal is to enhance the capacity of youth workers to effectively advocate for the inclusion of young individuals facing chronic health challenges. The project seeks to achieve greater representation of young people with chronic health conditions in international mobility programs. By building the advocacy skills of youth workers, the initiative aspires to foster a more inclusive environment, ensuring that young people with chronic health conditions have equal opportunities to participate in international experiences and engage in various aspects of society.
Dates of implementation: 21-30 September, 2024 (including travel days).
Place of implementation: Bjelovar , Croatia.
Team size: 4 people , no age limit (total 4 people).
