We look for organisations experienced in setting up & anchoring structures for youth participation in municipal settings and would like to go into exchange.
SPES Zukunftsakademie works with rural communities on a daily basis and for some time now we have also been focusing more and more on the youth sector. We have noticed that there is often a need on the part of the communities to reach out to young people and encourage them to get involved. However, this is often not successful or only for individual, short-term projects. However, structures for longer-term, sustainable youth participation are often needed.
Currently, the SPES Zukunftsakademie successfully offers community accompaniment at the project and implementation level. In order to also be able to accompany the development and establishment of structures, we still need know-how. This results in the two areas we want to cover with the Erasmus+ project:
1. exchange of know-how on youth participation in community settings
2. develop a structure for sustainable youth participation
3. test the structure for sustainable youth participation
The SPES Zukunftsakademie has a broad knowledge of working with communities in general and project work with young people in particular. For the project, we are looking for organisations that have experience in setting up and anchoring successful structures for youth participation in municipal settings and would like to enter into an exchange with us.
