A Training Program for Crisis Management

Project Type: KA153 Project Name: A Training Program for Crisis Management

Youth workers must have a thorough awareness of young people's needs and experiences in addition to being quick to react and adapt to changing situations in order to manage crises effectively. Young people are particularly vulnerable in times of disaster: Due to their youth, lack of experience, and reliance on adults, young people may be particularly vulnerable in times of crisis or emergency. Youth workers that are skilled in crisis management can be very helpful in reacting to crises and helping young people who are in need. Unpredictable crisis scenarios can arise at any time, anywhere, and take many various shapes.
