30 participants (Max. 2 participants per organisation):
- Project Managers
- Youth workers
- Youth leaders
- Willing and able to take on responsibilities on behalf of their organisations.
- Capable of making decisions concerning new projects and partnership building.
- Working or willing to work on the following learning mobility projects: youth exchanges, trainings, seminars, transnational youth initiatives.
FUNDING
According to the rules of YIA Programme.
YIA covers 100% of accommodation/food, activity and visa costs, and 70% of travel costs (reimbursed ONLY by bank transfer, once we have received the original tickets, boarding passes and original invoices).
Participants cover 30% of travel costs.
Participation Fee: 35€ per participant upon project approval

SUMMARY
The aim of this Partnership-building Activity is to promote the cooperation and creation of long-lasting partnerships and projects among organisations willing to work on projects for the empowerment of young people towards employability and entrepreneurship, by providing the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to assure a high quality management of international learning projects within ERASMUS+ Programme.
Methodology:
The methodology used in this activity is based on non-formal education and it is fully functional and topic-related. The PBA will be aimed at providing the participants with practical skills useful for the management of international projects and building of long-lasting and reliable partnerships among participants’ organisations for future collaboration on projects related to employability and entrepreneurship of young people within ERASMUS+ Programme.
Objectives:
1. to bring together potential partners and facilitate the building of long-lasting and reliable partnerships among participants’ organisations for future collaboration on projects for the empowerment of young people towards employability and entrepreneurship within the new ERASMUS+ Programme.
2. to share best practices and experiences concerning projects aimed at empowering young people towards employability and entrepreneurship (with a focus on youth exchanges and training interventions).
3. to facilitate the access of organisations willing to develop international learning mobility projects.
4. to provide participants with practical skills on international project management.
5. to encourage the learning process by having the participants develop a final project involving the above-mentioned elements.
6. to provide and exchange information about the upcoming ERASMUS+ Programme..
7. to raise awareness about youth empowerment through European citizenship on an international level.
To apply with new E-forms:
1. Agree on the above conditions and travel costs (30% covered by your organisation and 35€ participation fee) by filling out the draft MS WORD form (download below) for the Preliminary Agreement (Part III form) by Sept, 5th by 12 pm midnight CET (this is not the actual E-form! but info we need to input the data into the E-form)
2. On Sept 10th, we will make a selection of partners based on the above information.
3. In case your organisation is selected, we will issue your "REAL" PART III form in PDF and send it to you by email to sign, stamp, and be sent back either by fax or e-mail (scanned version). Only "real" PART III forms issued by INTER-ACCION and arriving by Sept, 20th will be accepted for the application.
