YATA Georgia(Georgian Youth Atlantic Treaty Association)

The Youth Atlantic Treaty Association (YATA) is the umbrella organization with a network of young and politically motivated leaders in 38 countries on both sides of Atlantic Ocean.. In conjunction with the Atlantic Treaty Association (ATA), YATA strives to build civil society support for NATO and transatlantic cooperation.
Founded in 1997, YATA Georgia represents a non-partisan and independent educational NGO that plays catalyst role in transformation of Georgia's younger generation to the direction of liberal values, respect of human rights and rule of law.
YATA Georgia encourages independent thinking, sound debates and research on NATO-related issues, as well as supports other socio-political initiatives among young people.
