Turkey Youth Foundation

Introduction:
Founded in Turkey in 2013, the Turkish Youth Foundation is a prominent non-governmental organization. It stands out as one of the largest in Turkey, with a significant impact both nationally and internationally.

Structure and Reach:
The Foundation boasts over 100 professional employees and a vast network of 300,000 volunteer members. It operates across 42 cities with robotic coding workshops and manages 43 dormitories. The organization is structured with 14 coordinators who oversee various domains: sports, women, entrepreneurship, media, education, culture and arts, career, partnership, high school, and university.

Goals and Objectives:
The primary aim is to support the comprehensive development of young people globally, with a special focus on Turkey. This includes fostering their social, physical, mental, psychological, and spiritual growth. The Foundation is dedicated to molding youth into productive, progressive, innovative, and valuable members of society.

Inclusivity and Projects:
Embracing a broad target group, the Turkey Youth Foundation welcomes individuals who feel young at heart, irrespective of their actual age. The organization prides itself on successfully executing more than 200 national and international projects.

Mission and Vision:
The mission is to cultivate innovative and qualified individuals who continually seek self-improvement and value cultural heritage. This is achieved by nurturing the multifaceted development of the youth. The Foundation envisions itself as an institution that nurtures generations capable of rejuvenating and building our civilization.
