Trip Trop Team

Born in March 2012 in a natural way as a result of a meeting held in the Youth Laboratory Port'Alba of Altamura (BA) on the occasion of the course "European Project Design - YiA programme" implemented by the organization "Associazione Link" of Altamura.

After a design simulation of a Youth Exchange during the above mentioned course, the good feeling and affinity led the members of the newly formed Trip Trop Team to present their first project as an informal group, obtaining a grant under the Youth in Action programme with which it was possible to organize and deliver the Youth Exchange called "Body_telling", with outcomes that have far exceeded their expectations.
After the project their paths had to divide, in order for each meamber to comply with personal aspirations – in most cases in foreign countries.

In September 2016, subsequently to the return in Puglia of three out of five core members of the group, it has instantly triggered the desire to write a new project in the light of the previous experience, along with new skills accumulated over the years and the fresh contribute of the fourth and youngest member.

At the moment, Trip Trop Team consists of four people, each with different formations, studies, works and experiences behind them, interested in various topics that concern the Youth field within an European dimension, such as intercultural dialogue between different cultures, social issues, entrepreneurship, art, creativity, environment, youth work, foreign languages and much more.
