We are currently looking for partners to support our project application under Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnership in the Field of Youth.
The main objective of our proposed project is to develop new approaches to strengthen the education and training paths of prospective and practicing teachers, tutors (educators) and youth workers, as well as to foster the inclusion and employability of those young people who have fewer opportunities. The project aims to achieve this by setting quality standards, reinforcing links between policy, research and practice, as well as promoting better knowledge, recognition and validation of youth work and non-formal learning.
To achieve these aims, the project is expected to support young people who are at risk of long-term disengagement (particularly those aged between 16 and 18), to move them into education, training or employment with training and to sustain this outcome. We also want to increase these young people’s experience and qualifications so that they have the opportunity to continue in education and successfully find work.
We are currently looking for a European organisation, which delivers training directly to young people (aged between 16 and 24 years), for instance a school, a vocational college or private provider.
If you are interested, please contact me on michael.schneider@tchc.net by 23rd January 2015. Many thanks.
Regards,
Michael
