The Adult Education Institution Dante

The Adult Education Institution Dante is a competitive, modern and efficient institution that attracts numerous generations of adult learners by offering quality educational programs and courses (focusing on foreign language learning, intercultural communication, basic skills, teaching methods and approaches, transferable skills, entrepreneurship, conflict management) that respond to the needs of modern society and contribute to the development of adult education at the local, regional, and European level.
It was founded in 1991 and it offers a variety of regional and international adult education workshops, courses, and programs for foreign language learning, teacher training, transferable skills training, entrepreneurship and management training, as well as language and vocational courses for migrants. Dante has considerable experience in international cooperation and partnerships, carrying out European projects since 2009. Dante has participated in the Lifelong Learning Program, the Erasmus+ Program (KA1, KA2, KA3 projects), Europe for Citizens and the European Social Fund. Dante has also been a member of the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) since 2017. Dante has been awarded the 2020 Erasmus accreditation in the field of adult education, vocational education and training, and school education for the period 2021-2027.
Dante has hosted and organised numerous international meetings, training events, and conferences related to adult education. Our teachers and teacher trainers have numerous years of experience participating in professional development programs in Croatia and abroad.
Our courses are fully adapted to participants' needs; they offer practical ideas and activities as well as the chance to discuss and network with other European colleagues.
