Our association is a local foundation operating in Siirt since 2011. Our target group is primarily young people and youngsters.Our association also carries out activities for young teachers working with youngsters and the youth and other personnel.
Free English courses and creating scholarship opportunities for university students are regular activities of the association in recent years. We all have a responsibility to assure that young people have access to the right supports and the right facilities so they can make good choices and reach their full potential. For this reason we aim to acquaint the youth with the national projects and give them the chance to go Europe by training them about writing projects. Additionally,we build websites for the young people. By the help of our association,young people take advantage of a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge and understanding of how best to write projects and find partners from Europe,which will give them the opportunity of going Europe where they wish to go.Our goals are to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to organise youth programs and youth exchanges in connection with Council of Europe youth policies and programmes,to provide youth with the opportunity to meet potential partner groups and to make contacts in other countries,to improve their knowledge of foreign language,to ensure them to become successful entrepreneurs.Our association has activities for young teachers working with youngsters and the youth,as well.Similarly, young teachers have knowledge of foreign language and project management education. Child and adolescent psychology trainings are provided for these teachers. Seminars are organized in order to enable them to update their professional knowledge and improve the use of technology in education. In addition, opportunities are created for young teachers to make them actively participate in professional development activities. For example, teachers find the opportunity of conveying and performing what they have learnt to their own classes and a couple of successful students grouped by our association who are in need of assistance. The works performed with colleagues enable teachers to observe other teachers, give them lectures of show purpose, chair the group discussions and develop and make them know themselves better in terms of their profession. As an association,our sub-goal is to reveal the importance of the relation between communication science and teaching profession, strengthen the communication among youngsters ,youth and young teachers by contributing the development of teachers and promote their social life positively by increasing shares with their colleagues.
Our board of directors, consists of people that work in public institutes such as Siirt Provincial Directorate for National Education and Siirt Governorship, is working for creating opportunities and projects in every field for the youth and youth workers.Also our chairman is Siirt Governorship the EU and Foreign Relations Coordination Center and works as a trainer in the youth field.
