Sici Dominus is a consultancy firm based in Spain, with over 30 years of experience in supporting public administrations and organizations in the design, development, and management of local, national, and European projects. Since our founding in 1995, we have been strongly committed to promoting social and economic development through innovative, inclusive, and participatory approaches—especially when it comes to empowering young people and strengthening their role in society.

Throughout our trajectory, we have placed a particular focus on youth-related policies, vocational training, and mobility opportunities. Between 2007 and 2013, we actively participated in several projects under the Leonardo da Vinci Programme, working closely with European partners to support professional development, transnational internships, and the upskilling of young people. This work laid the foundation for our ongoing engagement in the Erasmus+ programme, where we continue to collaborate on initiatives that foster youth exchange, employability, civic participation, and skills development.

We believe that empowering the younger generation is essential to building a more resilient and cohesive society. For this reason, we are dedicated to creating opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and engage—both at home and abroad. Our projects often address critical themes such as depopulation of rural areas, employability gaps, digital transformation, and access to education, always with the aim of creating inclusive environments where youth voices are heard and valued.
