Shape the Future Association

"Shape the Future Association" is a dynamic, modern, and non-profit civil society organization established in Istanbul in 2024. It operates with the aim of strengthening the capacities of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), increasing their operational effectiveness, and enabling them to make stronger contributions to society. The main goal of our association is to help NGOs produce and implement effective projects in social, economic, and environmental development areas through non-formal education and innovative approaches. Our association develops and implements various strategies to ensure that NGOs become more sustainable, inclusive, and effective structures.

We were founded to provide comprehensive training on project management, strategic planning, fundraising, financial sustainability, leadership, volunteer management, and human and volunteer resources to help NGOs become more effective and professional structures by increasing their operational capacities. With these trainings, we aim to increase the operational competencies of NGO employees, enabling them to reach wider audiences. The trainings will be conducted through face-to-face workshops, online modules, and expert consultancy services.

We encourage participation in international programs to enable NGOs to be more effective on international platforms and increase cross-border collaborations. Through European Commission programs (Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps) and other international collaborations, we help NGOs gain global experiences. These collaborations are supported by international project partnerships, knowledge-sharing platforms between NGOs, and mobility programs.
