RItehub

Established in 2020, Ritehub is an organization dedicated to integrating migrants into Norwegian society. Managed by young people with multicultural backgrounds, we understand the challenges faced by newcomers. Our main goal is to foster societal development with a focus on young migrants, ensuring they occupy a central role in this process. We believe that integrating young people with diverse cultural identities is crucial for their development, providing lifelong learning experiences. Non-formal education plays a leading role in our efforts, promoting values that are fundamental to European society. The core principles of Ritehub include ethical integrity, human rights, solidarity, youth-centered development, equity, independence, communication, and collaboration. We are committed to environmentally friendly practices, community-managed sustainable development, and impact-oriented initiatives.

It is especially important for our young people to participate in Erasmus Plus projects, as these serve as vital mechanisms for societal integration. While Ritehub has long operated at the local level, we recognize the need for young people to take more active steps towards their development. Our local projects lay the groundwork for participating in Erasmus projects, enabling us to make a significant impact on the development of our youth.

We actively disseminate information to both immigrant communities and Norwegian society to bridge gaps and foster understanding. Ritehub collaborates with partner organizations on projects that align with our core values. We have extensive experience in leading initiatives related to integration, protecting migrant rights, and promoting employment opportunities for migrants. By building a supportive community and encouraging active participation, Ritehub strives to create an inclusive and tolerant society for all.
