Profiles International SRL Romania

Active in Romania since 2003, Profiles International developed VIA® - an innovating vocational guidance service aimed at students and pupils ,as it proposes an ITC-based approach of professional educational and orientation services, composed by an online system for the assessment of students'/pupils' psychological, counselling and orientation services.
VIA® was developed in partnership with the National Ministry of Education and SC Multi Consulting Group SRL, during July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2013, within the "VIA project - Vocation, Interests, Self-Knowledge and development, the road to professional success "; contract POSDRU/90/2.1/S/63742, a project co-financed from the European Social Fund through the Sectoral Operational Program Human Resources Development 2007-2013- "Investing in people!".
There are currently permanent differences between the education system and the labour market and for most young people, the transition from one stage of life to another is recurrent. In this context, the project's objectives and activities were aimed to offer actual support through the counselling and orientation services in the national education system.
Based on our experience in working with students, pupils and teachers within 86 schools and universities at a national level, we are interested in continuously aiding young people in finding their place in the society. Thus we are interested in promoting active partnerships and youth initiatives.
