PanARMENIAN Network

“PanARMENIAN Network” NGO was founded in 1999 striving to: Support establishment of unbiased and balanced media environment; Contribute to the promotion of the national historical, cultural and scientific heritage and values to the international community through modern information and communication technologies. It’s also implementing programs devoted to contributing to the establishment of democratic society in Armenia, awareness raising on human rights issues (e.g. freedom of speech). In 2000 PanARMENIAN Network NGO launched PanARMENIAN.Net, which became the first Armenian online news and analytical agency and one of the most cited Armenian informational resources worldwide, publishing its information flow on PanARMENIAN.Net website 7 days a week in 3 languages. PanARMENIAN.Net Agency and website have been repeatedly noted for the reliability and unbiased content, receiving national awards, including Freedom of Information Center's Golden Key to the best media agency covering FOI issues. Since 2010 PanARMENIAN runs a citizen journalism platform called PANreport and a political cartoon page through grant support from UNESCO Office in Moscow (IPDC program) and the Eurasia Partnership Foundation.
