The Voluntary Labour Corps known as OHP is a non-profit organisation which works to prevent the social exclusion of young people between the ages of 15 and 25 who left full-time education. Organisation cooperates with local authorities, schools, employers, associations and foundations to help young people to focus on gaining the skills and experience they need to get on in life. OHP is actively supporting young people, regardless of their background, to be prepare for their futures. It supports young people in reaching their full potential and makes sure they can get every opportunity to do so. The Voluntary Labour Corps offers professional activation by vocational counselling and information services, job matching, workshops promoting active job search, organisation of trainings, seminars, and labour market programmes. The organisation is involved in programmes and projects on the local scale as well as international with projects co-financed by the European Union.
Young people age between 18-25 who are study to become hairdressers want to meet other hairdressers and invite them to an Open Hair Capital in Poland.
