Marmilla Youth

We are a group of young Sardinians (Italy), age range between 17 and 30, belonging to a rural area of the island called Marmilla.

We are a sending group interested on a cultural exchange based on Sustainable Tourism and we are looking for a hosting group aged between 18-24yrs.
Our aim is to give our beautiful area the enormous value it deserves, and try to stop or at least reduce depopulation at the same time.

In Marmilla it is being created a cultural production centre whose purpose is to be of strong support in hard work of achiving our goals. Our focus is on rural tourism, cultural tourism, active tourism and local Food & Wine tourism.

We are planning to do the exchange in the summer therefore the project must be finalised and presented within the 1st April 2011.
