Lubelskie Stowarzyszenie Fantastyki "Cytadela Syriusza"

Lubelskie Stowarzyszenie Fantastyki “Cytadela Syriusza” was established as civic association in 2001. Our mission is to create and conduct educational and cultural activities, involving local community. Our focus groups are youth and young adults. We want to promote european active citizenship, open society, democratic values, and strengthen cultural life along our region and country. Our primary activities involve:

- Organizing cultural events and festivals; conducting trainings and creative workshops;
working with youth on community volunteer programs; we maintain community centre in one of the districts in Lublin, including specialist library about science-fiction and comics, we have internet portal, where our volunteers make first steps as culture activists.
We organize few dozens of different activities for youth annually. It includes few trainings and seminars for young volunteers, multicultural festivals, educational workshops, thematic discussions.
