To be successful and create value, in addition to having a great deal of passion, which is the engine that drives us every day to do more for the society in which we live, it is necessary to study, research, design, have a fullness of knowledge that is always growing, be structured, and most importantly, have clear goals to achieve and put yourself out there.

It is not at all easy to both secure cash and resources for your organization and design successful plans for the organization of high-quality events and projects. In point of fact, both of these tasks are extremely difficult. In the world of euro design, it is frequently challenging to envision a financially sustainable future, but we are an example that demonstrates that this is not impossible.

According to the European Commission's Evaluation Committee of Projects, consortia structure is crucial to the writing and design of European projects. Consortia structure is important for Collaborative Partnership, Small Collaborative Partnership, Capacity Building Youth, and Capacity Building Sport Calls. The "Mutual Partnership Programme" was designed for this reason.

Our commitment is to provide assistance to you throughout the process of drafting and designing European projects, as well as during the phases that come after the approval of the projects. We hope to develop a working relationship based on mutual collaboration with the common goal of continuously growing as a team.

Throughout the process of developing an innovative idea for a project, our workflow requires entire devotion from everyone involved. We'll help you write and create European projects and manage them after approval. We want to work together to improve daily.

WHO ARE WE?

Gençlik Kılavuzu Derneği is not just any ordinary NGO, it's a professional hub that specializes in a whole range of sectors. With extensive experience and expertise, they offer a diverse range of services to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential since 2016.

We offer hundreds of events to 1000 participants and 60 initiatives annually. Over the past seven years, we've designed, written, and implemented European projects on "our" issues wide range of scope including.

We're always on the cutting edge of teaching methods, technology, and interactive learning tools. And let's be real, our staff are pretty freakin' awesome. With years of experience managing Erasmus+ projects of all shapes and sizes, they know their stuff.

Our main goal is simple: to give everyone the tools they need to succeed in both their personal and professional lives. With 50 professional trainers and 20 facilitators on our team, we've got you covered. And our staff is always working to improve our quality guidelines, long-term planning, and overall organization. We've got the expertise and experience to make it happen.

We have a system to accomplish our work well, thus we're eager to share it with other groups.

MUTUAL PARTNERSHIP

We jumped on the Erasmus+ bandwagon back in 2014 and it's been one wild ride. We've been a part of youth exchanges, training courses, international mobilities, and long-term projects. And the best part? We're able to sustain ourselves through these European projects financially.

Now, we're ready to build our network and find the right organizations to work with. That's where the "Mutual Partnership Program" comes in. We're selecting a few organizations to join forces with and design solid and well-designed European projects. The program is based on the "Mutual Partnership" principle which means we'll work together to increase the quality and quantity of our projects and initiatives.

So, what do you get out of this program? For starters, we'll share info on upcoming deadlines from the European Commission. Plus, we'll be there to support you in the designing and writing process of project proposals. And if you play your cards right, you might even get included in one of our projects through exclusive "Call for Partners." And last but not least, you'll get exclusive invites to networking events and initiatives.

But here's the deal, we want to only work with specific profiles of people/organizations. If you have previous experience with the Erasmus+ program but are tired of working with superficial or poorly structured organizations, then you're our type of person/organization. If you're familiar with "Big Cooperation Partnership" Erasmus+ projects and ready to apply in all the upcoming deadlines, then you're our kind of partner. And if you're designing and writing European projects, and are ready to include us in the consortia, then you're the right fit for our "Mutual Partnership Program."
