Additionally, the quality of research and consultancy services is certified through the ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Management System Certificate. The security of customer information is validated with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Certificate. GENAR also meets the requirements of the International Market, Public Opinion, and Social Research Standard with the ISO20252:2012 certificate. With these diverse certifications and standards, GENAR operates with a robust institutional foundation.
