FTSI is a national non-profit organization, with headquarters in the Basque Country, Asturias and the Autonomous Community of Valencia. (Spain).

FTSI is specialized in job orientation and counseling, management of internships and provision of training for employment, diagnosis of training needs and recruitment in companies. We also promote entrepreneurship among our target groups. We have a long experience in the training of soft and hard skills. We focus our work in hard skills area towards training processes that start with a labor market analisys and that involve the training of students in the workplace through practices or internships.

Therefore, we are able to extract knowledge from this process and participate in the creation and improvement of counseling and training tools. Our work area also extends to socio-educational programs, awareness of values, gender, job security, as well as social volunteering. The groups and collectives we serve are very heterogeneous. Since 2009 we have been working with long-term unemployed, people at risk of social exclusion, ethnic minorities, immigrants, young people, women and children.
