One of our main lines of activity is the promotion of projects of social and labor insertion: training for employment, management of practices in companies, orientation for employment, entrepreneurship and labor intermediation.

This line of activity is addressed primarily to what is defined in our statutes as the most vulnerable groups: immigrants, young people, women and people at risk of exclusion.

Since 2009 we have made more than 40 plans and projects in this line of social and labor inclusion in which more than 9,000 people have participated. This experience allows us to count on an important network of collaborating entities: Companies, Social Services, Orientation Services, Educational Centers (secondary and vocational training), Training Centers, Associations of the Third Sector, etc. Former apprentices, retired or pre-retired people, collaborate in our training and employment projects as "tutors of experience", accompanying both the unemployed and companies.

We have the following acknowledgments and homologations in this matter:
- For LANBIDE (Basque Employment Service): training organization (occupational training, continuous training and professional certificates), job counseling center for unemployed people and management of job offers (matching between supply and demand), accredited as a recruitment agency Placement in the Basque Country.
- For the SEPE (Public State Employment Service): accredited as placement agency in Asturias and Comunidad Valenciana.
- For the Ministry of Employment and Social Security: entity adhered to the Strategy for Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment.
- For the Provincial Council of Bizkaia (Basque Country): entity providing Social Services.

Also we have the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification, in the DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT OF PROJECTS OF
SOCIAL AND LABOR INSERTION.

The activities carried out by the Foundation in the field of labor insertion include activities of orientation and labor intermediation, as well as training activities. Since 2009, 37,000 hours have been dedicated to this type of activity and more than 1,500 people have been trained, mostly young people.

FTSI is an entity approved by the Basque Employment Service - LANBIDE and the State Public Employment Service - SEPE, for the delivery of training associated with certificates of professionalism. We currently have 26 certificates of professionalism in the areas of Administration and Management, Commerce and Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism, and Sociocultural Services and the Community. We are in the process of obtaining new certificates.
