EduMentor Foundation

The Foundation's mission is to develop a systemic model for the development of young people's soft skills based on the needs of the labor market and ensuring long-term, repeatable and measurable effects.
The goals of the Foundation are:
1. Support, dissemination and development of education and training in Poland and abroad.
2. Development, support and promotion of non-formal education, especially the concept of lifelong learning.
3. Development of vocational education, promotion of professions necessary in a modern, innovative economy.
4. Development of soft skills and competences.
5. Dissemination and promotion of science, technology and inventiveness.
6. Development of entrepreneurship, financial, economic and legal awareness.
7. Activities for the revitalization, integration and professional and social reintegration of people at risk of social exclusion.
8. Development of the information society, raising digital competences.
9. Promotion of attitudes and actions for climate protection, ecology and sustainable, modern economy.
10. Supporting the development of the social integration system, including the integration of refugees and immigrants.
11. Activities for non-governmental organizations.
12. Development of democracy, shaping civic attitudes and involvement in social life, promotion of volunteering.
13. Promotion of the Republic of Poland abroad.

The Foundation pursues its goals by:
1. Development, support and financing of innovative methods of cooperation between public, social (civic) and private entities for the benefit of Poland's socio-economic development.
2. Undertaking international, cross-border and cross-sector cooperation in areas related to the objectives of the Foundation.
3. Initiating, supporting, financing innovative solutions, especially in the field of education, schooling, entrepreneurship, social and professional activity.
4. Implementation of innovative forms of education and methods of formal and non-formal learning.
5. Organizing, financing and conducting trainings, workshops, courses, conferences, seminars and all kinds of public meetings.
6. Establishing and running extracurricular, continuing or vocational education entities.
7. Organizing and financing creative spaces, laboratories, workshops, meeting places.
8. Development of consulting and business-related services.
9. Publishing publications, books, articles, brochures, guides and other printed and digital publications related to the Foundation's goals.
10. Developing contacts with domestic and foreign scientific, business, educational and social institutions in areas related to the objectives of the Foundation.
11. Organization of all promotional and information activities related to the Foundation's goals.
12. Innovative activities, technology transfer.
13. Research and development, scientific and technical activities.
The Foundation's staff consists of board members (3 persons) and volunteers (4 persons).
