The social cooperative, is no-profit, it is proposed, as a priority, but not exclusive, to offer services through design and delivery of socio-health, care and education: Telephone Helpline and Telemedicine.
The cooperative intends to operate in the social field through conducting various activities finalized at work placement for disadvantaged people and to pursue the general interest of the community in close link with the community's needs and the needs of the territory and balanced relationship with public institutions.
Planning capacity of the cooperative "La Meridiana" is designed to recognize the needs of people and to develop tools and intervention methods that can meet the needs in real time. We have carried out projects in the country with the aim of increasing the social autonomy of people.
The Social Cooperative "La Meridiana" has obtained the certification:
• UNI EN (ISO 9001:2008)
issued by Det Norske Veritas "QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CERTIFICATE" accredited by the European Community in the field of certification and registration of business management systems. The Cooperative, in particular, is certified for the following scope: Design and delivery of health and social services, care and education, Telephone Helpline -Telemedicine.
