Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale - Soc.Coop.Sociale a R.L.

The CSS is a non-profit organization and operates according to the principles of mutuality and solidarity performing the following activities for members of cooperatives, public authorities and the third sector:
• Consultation in the law field, economic-financial, fiscal and administrative; research and design of innovative instruments of active labor market policies;
• Accompanying activities for the establishment of new cooperatives; (Activities for the creation of new social companies……)
• Administrative services, accounting and taxation for social co-operatives and non-members;
• Research and Design for the development and innovation of social cooperatives;
• Training Activities and upgrade for shareholders of cooperatives and their employees, users of the cooperative services, disadvantaged people, as well as for institutions / external parties;
• Management activities of the National Civil Service;
• Management of employment services addressed to people with disabilities (L.68/99);
In 2009, the CSS has been authorized by the Emilia Romagna to carry out research and selection of staff (recruitment methods) and activities to support the relocation of staff;

The CSS is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 for the "design services in the field of social and educational welfare, or aimed at providing employment for disadvantaged people, addressed to the member cooperatives, public bodies and other entities of the private social;

The CSS includes 33 cooperatives, 18 of type A that manage social services, health and education, and 15 type B which carry out agricultural activities, commercial or services (waste collection, garden maintenance, cleaning, laundry, etc. ) aimed at providing employment for disadvantaged people.
