CIS S. Cons.r.l. Scuola per la gestione d’impresa, is the training and consultancy company of UNINDUSTRIA (Industrialist Association of Reggio Emilia), headquartered in Reggio Emilia.
Established in 1984, CIS has been ISO 9001:2000 certified since 1998 and has obtained the accreditation on the part of Regione Emilia Romagna for the management of training activities funded with state aid.
It is accredited by ASFOR for the Master in Business Studies (Cis’s is among the 9 Masters in General Management accredited by ASFOR in Italy).
CIS is a partner of SFC (Sistemi Formativi Confindustria –Confindustria Training Systems)
CIS Mission: Activate processes of growth, based on knowledge and understanding, with the aim of supporting and contributing to the development of entrepreneurship, competitiveness and innovation of Emilian enterprises and the territory where they operate. Particular attention is paid to the topic of internationalisation meant as the exchange of good practices and business opportunities. In accordance with its presence in the entrepreneurial field, CIS develops training and educaitonal activities for young people and unemployed people paying the utmost attention to job market requirements, training and re-training needs.
Operational goals:
• increase and/or develop the level of key competences and abilities in young graduates to gain more importance in the job market on the basis of enterprises’ real needs
• create better opportunities for the mobility of youth
• foster and stimulate the exchange of information among technical education, enterprises (and their associations) and research institutes to “open” new learning opportunities and the promotion of knowledge
• inform and guide young people and their families in the choice of the field of study, in accordance with the needs of the business world, and the occupational prospects;
• increase and develop the skills of human resources in enterprises through:
tailor-made consultancy and training services that meet the ascertained and emerging needs of enterprises,
.•business training opportunities for the support and the implementation of specific projects, •business-to-business programmes that foster the exchange and the debate among companies and that lead to the creation of professional communities
• strengthen and/or develop international strategic collaborations and partnerships that may support internationalisation, innovation of enterprises, strengthening learning systems, people’s mobility, the exchange of good practices.
