The Partner-Finding Tool
Caritas Czech Republic is the largest non-governmental provider of social and health services in the Czech Republic and offers humanitarian aid and development cooperation in nine countries worldwide.
Caritas Czech Republic is actively involved in advocacy, awareness-raising, and education. We advocate for the support of disadvantaged population groups and regularly publish reports containing proposals and recommendations for legislators and state institutions.
Since 2018, we have been developing the concept of Young Caritas, which engages young people in global challenges primarily related to the social dimension of sustainable development.
Our long-term goal is to contribute to reducing inequalities in Czech society and fostering a democratic environment. Through non-formal education, we aim to spark young people's interest in active citizenship and democratic processes and teach them how to understand different nationalities, cultures, and customs. Using storytelling methods such as living libraries, we teach individuals to explore the reasons behind various human approaches to life. In doing so, we combat prejudiced behaviour and hatred. We believe that the most powerful weapon against hate, prejudice, racism, and xenophobia is mutual understanding and dialogue.
We seek two to three partners for the Erasmus+ call in the KA2 program.
We empower young people to become responsible global citizens and create a better world. Connect with us. Together, we can make positive change happen!
