ANPEDI is an organisation dedicated to supporting disadvantaged groups, third-country citizens, youth and professionals particularly in increasing active participation in economic, social and democratic life. At the core of ANPEDI's objectives lies the recognition that Education, Diversity, and Innovation are not isolated areas but rather interconnected pillars that form the foundation of a thriving and inclusive society! Our mission is accomplished through strategic partnerships that facilitate fundraising and project support for our beneficiaries.
We organise a wide range of educational events and resources that encompass various research areas, including youth work, inclusion research, vocational education, sports, disabilities, digitalization (AI and the metaverse), and integration. By integrating disadvantaged youth into diverse activities, ANPEDI promotes human rights, environmental and climate education, migration studies, social integration, and inclusion!
ANPEDI's multi and interdisciplinary approach to research and development is designed to address the specific needs of our target groups. Our initiatives encompass trainings, workshops, conferences, and forums, along with publishing materials and engaging in press and campaigning activities.
Our organisation is adept at handling national and international projects, thanks to our experienced staff with extensive academic backgrounds and expertise in managing EU-funded projects. ANPEDI is composed of students and graduates from various fields, reflecting Austria's diverse university landscape and international educational prestige. This diverse team actively participates in the project process, contributing to our goals of quality and inclusivity on a global scale.
ANPEDI also runs a youth blog channel that provides news activities in support of human rights and democratic practices in Austria and beyond. ANPEDI also participates in events organised not only by itself, but also nationally and locally and aims to sensitise its members in specific areas through these events. In summary, ANPEDI reflects the sensitivities and priorities of the city of Vienna and aims to convey these concepts to its target group through skills enhancement, educational methods, community support, informative meetings and trainings.

ANPEDI conducts and delivers projects in Austria with the main focus on education, diversity and innovation such as methodologies, tools and measures, particularly as for youth, third country citizens and young people neglected in society. A further major contribution to the effectiveness of ANPEDI is its extensive network of associations in Austria, which allows the organisation to multiply the success of its initiatives.
To achieve its objectives, ANPEDI organises workshops, training courses, conferences, and seminars on the following topics:
● Addressing demographic change, social inclusion, and extremism prevention through innovative social technologies, with a specific emphasis on supporting vulnerable groups.
● Developing inclusive educational policies, research, and tools to benefit diverse groups, while prioritising the needs of vulnerable populations.
● Initiating programs to empower youth initiatives, including policy monitoring, management support, and evaluation to ensure inclusivity.
● Advocating for transparent, equality-based, and human-centred decision-making processes that prioritise the needs of diverse populations.
● Providing personal and professional development courses, opportunities, and labour market skills, especially for NEETs.
● Prioritising the holistic well-being of youth through mental health seminars, supporting entrepreneurship, providing 21st-century skills training, and engaging in environmental activism
