Associazione Joint

The activities of the association are very different but can be divided into three areas:
The field of the prevention of discomfort and of social exclusion through support activities of planning and fulfilment of initiatives intended to pupils;
The field of the education to promote active citizenship and democratic participation. Whithin this area we organize training courses for students' representatives and other support activities for pupils;
The field of the activities created to favour the growth of students, the promotion of a European identity, the promotion of international voluntary service, in which we find the consultance activities for students, the organization of meeting about different themes, international exchanges, and so on.

The mission of the organization consists of organizing activities for the youngsters to help their growth and their accrual through informal education with the highest approachability rate.

Its vision consists of:
to involve as much as possible pupils in every activity expecially in the planning stage;
to educate youngsters to a peaceful cohabitation with people coming from different culture, country and social conditions;
to promote an active and responsible citizenship among young people;
to spread out the learning by doing method to learn by enjoing;
All these guidelines are intended to be performed in an unformal recreation environment to stimulate an active participation from the highest amount of young people from different social conditions.

The association's staff is made of 3 full-time persons, 10 part-time persons and moreless one hundred of volunteers. The target group is composed of pupils, students and young people in general.
