The Partner-Finding Tool
“Come pensiamo. Etnografia e formazione” (“The way we think. Ethnography and training”) is an NGO believing in social change and innovation based on what and how the people think.
Our absolute desire is to really have an impact in the life of the people with fewer opportunities.
That’s why we promote qualitative researches studying, by ethnographic methods, the thought of the people, especially those with fewer opportunities.
This way we get out precious material to set up innovative trainings and projects, in order to support and inspire more effective social policies.
We use different qualitative methodologies both in the researches and in trainings, like Ethnography of Thought, Design Thinking, Applied Anthropology, Human Centred Design, Group Coaching and others formal, non formal and informal education methods.
We organise local, national and transnational events to share the results of our activities, promoting transnational mobility, active citizenship and cultural exchange.
Our activities aim also to help other NGOs, youth workers, public and private organizations, to understand the complexity of our culture and society, in order to find new problem solutions and design better services for the people.
We have 2 volunteers ready to commit to a non-profit organization in Marseille. They can be employed in various fields (fully funded program)
The project is focused on migration, inclusion, intercultural dialogue, solidarity. It's meant to young people wanting to contribute to a more tolerant society.
The main objective of the project is to make young people aware of creativity and the importance of art in human life.
This project aims to improve the capacities and skills of youngsters so that they may work together to develop business ideas, also with social character.
