ASOCIATIA DOWN VALEA JIULUI

Down Association Jiu Valley was born in October 2007 at the initiative of parents who have children with Down Syndrome in the cities of Jiu Valley area / Hunedoara County.
In 2024 we expanded the range of beneficiaries to include all categories of people with disabilities from our area.

The working point of the association is in Lupeni City where we have a center where we do psycho-pedagogy - speech therapy, and physiotherapy.
We also carry out a program of psychological counseling for adults who have families with children with disabilities and various non-formal educational activities.

Our big dream is to build a social center that can answer the needs of every person with disability.
