Arktos vzw

The project we want to set up an youth exchange for is the ‘Persoonlijk Ontwikkelingstraject’ or in English ‘Personal Development Programme’. This is a project for socially vulnerable youngsters who are disadvantaged in a social, cultural, economical and educational way. Considering the latter one, these youngsters are not motivated to attend school and they run the risk of being unemployed. So the eligible participants of Arktos are all socially vulnerable youngsters between 15 and 18 years old who have educational difficulties. The project is a school alternative programme where youngsters work on a work attitude, social and communicative skills, their personal development and competences for the labor market through non-formal education.
