AC Education s.r.o. (ACE) is a dynamic company developing its activities especially in the areas of educational services and human resource development.

In the education sector, the company focuses on areas that meet the needs of employers, educators and solves current needs in the preparation of pupils and students in line with labor market needs. It seeks to build and develop the cooperation between different actors in the labor market from mutual cooperation of schools (from pre-school through initial education to further education), employers, chambers of commerce and other entities.

The company focuses on specific areas of education - it is based on its own experiences, it proposes and tailors education and development plans. Services at this level it connects with other follow-up specialized services such as a human resources consulting.

ACE company cooperates with chambers of commerce and schools in the Czech Republic (CR). In the field of technical education company is in close contact with the Confederation of Industry of the CR.
Organization services include: offer of courses and trainings focusing on educational programs, training and seminars, workshops and coaching. Staff of ACE have extensive experiences in the processing of analyzes and studies focusing on education, human resource development, labor market situation and conditions, needs of employers, etc.

The fact that the business requires specific skills and knowledge that can not be learned only by the theory; it is based on the experiences and realization of many successful lectures within the implemented projects. These experiences are reflected in the implementation of the project called "Mini-companies" which ACE implements at schools in the CR when pupils / students set up their own so called mini business, learn practical skills and gain new experiences with company management. This activity is complemented by lectures and consultancy provided by practitioners. Project participants have a unique opportunity to gain practical experiences that are difficult to obtain with a traditional teaching at schools.
