Are you a youth worker passionate about innovation and quality youth work?
Join us in Struga from April 23-28, 2025, for an inspiring training program designed to help youth workers lead and inspire! This training aims to:

Provide high-quality training tools for effective youth work: The project aims to equip youth workers with advanced training tools and methodologies that enhance the effectiveness and impact of their work. This includes practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and innovative approaches to youth work.

Foster leadership and innovation in the youth work field: By focusing on leadership development and innovative practices, the training seeks to empower youth workers to become leaders in their communities. Participants will learn how to inspire and guide young people, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Create a platform for collaboration among youth workers across the Balkans: The project aims to build a network of youth workers from different Balkan countries, encouraging collaboration and exchange of best practices. This platform will facilitate mutual learning, support, and the development of joint initiatives that address common challenges in the region.

These aims align with the broader priorities of the Erasmus+ program, which include promoting inclusion and diversity, encouraging digital transformation, supporting environmental sustainability, and fostering participation in democratic life.
