YOUniverse is an experiential laboratory for YOU to step into a space of various somatic methodologies, and build skills that foster social inclusion, resilience, and well-being of yours and your target groups.

Dive into practices that help you reconnect with yourself, expand your facilitation toolkit, and create brave spaces for expression and growth. In the YOUniverse, your body becomes your compass, and guides your way.

ELEMENTS OF THE PROGRAM

Our main methodology practiced in the project is embodiment: an experiential, body centered approach that allows deeper self-awareness, expression and transformation beyond the words.

Our intention is reconnecting with our primary roots and fostering holistic well-being through: authentic movement, PlayFight, body work, somatic experiencing, creative dance, body based arts, nature-based activities and more.

We invite all participants to co-create the program, share and learn from each other. All guided by an experienced team in a supportive and safe environment.

FOLLOW-UP AFTER THE PROJECT

We envision the YOUniverse project making a meaningful impact for you and the communities you belong to. After completing the training, you will be encouraged to apply what you've learned through two key actions:

• Follow-up workshop – organize a workshop for at least five participants, incorporating elements from the training.
• Knowledge transfer meeting – share your experience and methodology in a meeting within your sending organization.

You will have a month after the project to complete these actions, either individually or with other participants, with support from us and your sending organization. The completion of these actions is linked to your reimbursement.

• re-create your own activities adapted to your target groups

THE PROJECT IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE

• Youth leaders: active youth workers, educators, trainers, facilitators, teachers or simply people working with people
• ready to get challenged during the project and gather new tools and inspirations for their work and activities with youngsters
• fully committed to participate to all the phases of the project (preparation, training course and organization of a follow up activity)
• open to create -within and around you- brave spaces where vulnerability is considered a strength, and safety a consequence of welcoming diversity
• 20+ and speaking fluent English
• resident of Czechia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Cyprus or Latvia
