Training course to encourage and educate youth workers about entrepreneurship, to learn more about methods that they can use in order to motivate and involve more people to to get entrepreneurial mindset and make projects with entrepreneurship.
The aims and objectives of the training: To encourage and educate youth workers to learn more about entrepreneurship, to learn more about methods that they can use in order to motivate and involve more people to start their own businesses, we thought of showing them designs and workshops that they can use in order to multiply the effect and to create much bigger effect on young people to start their own businesses, to get entrepreneurial mindset. - To train as many youth workers on entrepreneurial skills so they can continue doing the same in their own local community - To give them methods, tools and designed workshops that they can use in their own country - To develop an entrepreneurial attitude in these youth workers so they can do the same with their youth - To learn these skills by simply doing them. The main method on this training will be learning by doing, small discussion groups, task forces and other non-formal methods.

Aims:

To promote the dialogue and communication among NGYOs
To offer a representative framework for the member organisations, to develop initiatives, implement actions, exchange information and experiences and develop a dialogue in issues that involve youth
To develop European Consciousness within the Cyprus youth
To empower the participation of youth I political, social and cultural life and active citizenship
To promote the recognition of NGYOs and non-formal education from the wider public
To promote the participation of youth in decision-making bodies on issues that involves them, and promote policies for youth according to the resolutions, decisions and suggestions of the U.N., the E.U. and the Council of Europe

Costs

100% of the travel costs are going to be reimbursed when the travels don’t exceed the max. amount listed in attached Infopack. Participants must book their travel plans one month before the training start. Travel cost will be reimbursed within 14 days after receiving all travel documents from the participants. Accommodation, food and all materials are for free. There is participation fee of 20€.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
