MAIN OBJECTIVE
The overall objective is to provide a specialized theater training for youth workers from Erasmus+ programme countries to stimulate dialogue, engage in a dialectic action and reflection and develop youth capacities to be active citizens with a focus on theater based techniques and interactive model of learning to youth on certain topics connected to Stigma & Discrimination, Bullying and Racism. The training will incorporate a strong focus on intersectionality, anti-racism, and anti-discrimination, emphasizing the interconnected nature of identities and the structural barriers faced by marginalized groups.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
-Building four Interactive-Community theater pieces tackling oppression themes related to Stigma & Discrimination, Bullying and Racism. Each theatrical piece will present one of the mentioned themes.
-Develop youth knowledge on human rights, active citizenship, conflict resolution, communication and teamwork skills.
-Develop participants' capacities to design and implement awareness sessions with their organizations using Interactive and Community based theater techniques.
-Develop youth potential to create their own theater performances dealing with different social issues, as well as developing their tools with non-formal education strategies.

No Participation Fee
Expenses: Full board accommodation are covered by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
Travel expenses are reimbursed on an individual basis based on the submitted invoices. Each participant will receive and sign for reimbursement corresponding to the exact amount spent, up to the specified limit (see the infopack attached). Please note that any costs exceeding this limit will be the participant's responsibility to cover.
