This training addressed to youth workers in particular women and will explore the different forms of civic engagement, including volunteerism, activism, and community organizing .

This seminar is developed as an activity of the VOC project and addressed to youth women link that is closely aligned with the overarching goal of fostering active citizen participation and contribution to the democratic life of the European Union.

The objective is facilitating close collaboration between migrant girls and girls from European partner countries. The project aims to promote intercultural understanding and respect, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives.

The training  will generate actionable recommendations for local authorities and EU decision-makers, focusing on the inclusion of young girls with a migratory background in decision-making processes, while emphasizing the critical aspect of intersectionality.

Regional Volunteer Center was established in 1997 as a program of the Foundation in Support of Local Democracy. The main aims of our organisation are to help people understand the idea of volunteering and educate youth about alternative ways of spending spare time and helping others. The Center’s focus includes three pillars: Volunteering, Station:Youth and International Mobilities. RCW has an accreditation in YOUTH and in ESC.The Regional Volunteer Center is the most active organization in Poland when it comes to Erasmus+ and other international programs. Since 2010 we have run dozens of projects for youth, youth workers, adults and more. we have experience being a regional Youth in Action and Erasmus+ Training Point. We have organized youth exchanges, training courses, structured dialogue projects as well as various strategic partnerships,the Erasmus+ Sport project,and the Capacity Building in the Field of Youth. While implementing such projects we focus on leadership, education through sports, digital skills,and new forms of education as well as on youth policy and human rights.
