7-11 November 2024 | Galbiate, Italy

2 participants per organisation: 1 youngster and 1 mentor, to start-up local initiatives to promote Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and other forms of inclusive non formal education experiences.

Training of multipliers (TOM) 7- 11 November 2024 in Galbiate, Italy.

The aim: To empower the participants to implement local and international initiatives to promote Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges and other forms of inclusive non formal education experiences.

The objectives:

  • To build an international team of young people sharing a common interest and common values;
  • Building a common voice in order to advocate for inclusion and youth participation in international mobilities;
  • To share tools for promotion and involvement of local multipliers (other young people, local stakeholders);
  • To present and form the Youth Advisory committee,

Participant profile: 

We invite a team of 2 people per partner organisation:

1. A YOUNG MULTIPLIER

  • 18+ years old,
  • has participated in at least 1 Erasmus+ Youth Exchange,
  • interested to share opportunities with other young people and to get involved in the network activities.

2. A MENTOR - a representative from the sending organisation who will act as a mentor of the young multiplier also during the local activity implementation phase after the training.

Associazione Joint was established in 2003 in Milano, Italy, to provide young people with active participation and non-formal education experiences through international mobility. In over 20 years of history, the organisation experienced a wide range of activities and focused on mobility as soon as it became clear the life-changing impact that these experiences could have on young people. Throughout the years, Associazione Joint took part in hundreds of different projects, both as coordinator and as a partner, and gave the opportunity to several thousands young people to live meaningful experiences abroad, thus becoming a recognised well-known organisation in this field.

Travel reimbursement

Based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator (https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/distance-calculator)

Since the venue is in a remote area, up to 20eur/participant will be deducted to cover the local travel expenses. Therefore please consider the reimbursement limits as following:

100-499km

  • €160 Green travel
  • €190 regular travel

500-1999km

  • €255 Green travel
  • €300 regular travel

2000-3000km

  • €340 regular travel

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
