Training Course - "Path to Harmony"

Training Course

Project will provide participants frames and tools of mindfulness-based stress reduction. Will guide participants to find new ways of personal development, self-acceptance, self-expression, self-transformation through mindfulness-based stress reduction.

During the project we will use a combination of meditation, body awareness, yoga, breathing techniques, dance and movement, exploration of patterns of behavior, feeling and action. We strongly believe that increesed mindfulness can bring balance in the life of youth workers and their organizations.

Main aims and objectives of the project:

  • To develop focus, concentration and clear mind;
  • To stimulate self-reflection through personal development sessions;
  • To enhance healthy lifestyle, physical flexibility, coordination and body awareness through experimenting different styles of yoga and contemporary dance movements;
  • To equip them with news tools and methods for their local projects.

The project methodology is based on non formal education (NFE) methods, valorizing the knowledge and experiences of the participants. NFE - as a mean of facilitating the learning process and increasing the interactivity of the training by:

  • Peer to peer education (learning through experience);
  • The sessions will encourage high involvement of the participants;
  • Will be fully oriented on the participants’ learning process;
  • The participants will have the opportunity to get in touch with professionals from the field, ask questions, share experiences and widen the professional network.

The organization aims to support young people’s personal, educational and spiritual development, to promote the idea of active citizenship and importance of volunteering, deepen intercultural relations and build partnership between Georgia and other European countries. Participation fee

No participation fee.

Accommodation and food

All the organisation and accommodation costs are fully covered by the Erasmus+ Programme.

Travel reimbursement

The project is fully funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.
However, there's the travelling budget limit per country.


The maximum travelling budget is as follows:

  • Armenia - 360 EURO
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina - 275 EURO
  • Spain -  360 EURO
  • Romania - 275 EURO
  • Turkey - 360 EURO
  • Georgia - 360 EURO

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
