The "Meant to Be" training course is offering participants practical skills in volunteer management and mentoring through interactive activities, fostering motivation, collaboration, and professional growth in the youth sector.

The "Meant to Be" training course is designed for professionals, youth workers, and mentors who engage with volunteers and seek to enhance their mentoring skills. This interactive training provides participants with practical insights into motivating volunteers, defining their roles, and applying effective mentoring principles in various youth work settings.

Participation fee

The training is free of charge. Project partners (sending organization) could apply administration fee.

Accommodation and food

During the training, participants will be provided with:

- Accommodation;

- 3 meals per day with additional coffee/tea breaks.

Travel reimbursement

Travel (flights, other means of transport) expenses are reimbursed (up to 100%), based on the distance from your location of residence to the location of the project.

We encourage you to choose green travel!
