Training Course "Leaders for the Young Entrepreneurs" 15-22.07.2024 in Velbert, Germany

Group size and Partners: target group of this project will be 31 youth workers and active members of youth organizations coming from Germany, Romania, Italy, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Slovakia, Turkey. 

This is the additional call for the missing participants. The majority of the participants were selected by the partners. 
Working Language of the training course is English.

Profile of the Participants:

• Age from 18+
• Youth workers, youth leaders, activists;
• Able to work in English;
• Willing to share the new knowledge with the members of their organization once they get back, act as multipliers;
• Active learners, available for the whole duration of the course and ready to share their experience and knowledge;
• Motivated to take an active part in all the stages of the training course.

Main objectives:

Basic training about how to initiate a startup with the initial steps and how to become an entrepreneur.

• Using Interactive infographics to build entrepreneurial competence
• Understanding on how to do entrepreneurship projects and how to make it relevant for the needs of young people struggling with unemployment
• Practical skills in designing and implementing entrepreneurship projects
• Digital literacy to help the young learn how to compete in this digital world
• Digital tools to make the young benefit from the opportunities around the world and make them entrepreneurs.
• The methods how the young develop and innovate a new product.

As a result of this activity, participants will receive basic training on entrepreneurship and how to start a startup; learn how to use interactive infographics, practical skills in designing and implementing entrepreneurship projects, how to adapt entrepreneurship projects to the needs of youth struggling with unemployment, how young people will compete in this digital world; will improve their digital literacy that will help them learn, learn digital tools that will enable young people to take advantage of the opportunities in the world and become entrepreneurs, and learn how to develop and innovate a new product.
