Training Course
10-18 June 2025 | KulturHaus, close to Bremen, Germany
“It’s up to me” is a holistic approach. In this year-long process, we develop high-quality competences for trainers and youth workers who are going to work on transferring know-how, organizing, and delivering high-quality projects within the Erasmus + program. This project will contribute towards raising the quality of the Erasmus + projects that will be organized in the future, develop capacity for the organizations, and improve the quality of youth work. The workshops selected are based on the different competences from the Trainers Competence Model (European Training Strategy).
In this addition, we have two training activities that will take place in Bremen, Germany:
10.- 18.06.2025 and 21. - 26.11.2024
Only participants who can attend both training courses will be considered during the selection process.
There will be a structured coaching and mentoring process between the two courses. The participants will develop their competences while organizing local projects and activities we will design during the first course. The trainers will support their learning with materials and resources from the Trainers Library (www.trainerslibrary.org).
